The Phantom Knitters
Around Oakland Museum, and showing up at various other spots in Oakland and San Francisco, someone is knitting sleeves over pipes:
sweet....we have a tribe of phantom knitters and crocheters here in cleveland too! i love when i encounter a parking meter, lamp post, bike rack, tree, or other object with a colorful, whimsical 'sweater'....
