Building from the Sky Down

As Jesus of Nazareth or St. Francis would say, "The money being spent on a new cathedral in Oakland would be better spent on the poor." Oddly, it is being built from the top down! Here is the first stage -- a fish-shaped structure in the sky, held up by scaffolding...But now it has acquired supports, looking, for the moment, like the legs on a giant bug...
